To do or not to do!
Of course you should take action!!
I have holding the all negative aspects thesedays.
I hate myself , Ted Speech, and my mum told me the people get together surround the person have attractive smile!
Me, I always feel ashamed with no reason, feel like disappearing from others, I feel like I am the only one have not found the meaning of my life, lost the purpose of everyday's life, comparing and pissed off with others, etc etc,,,if you ask any opponent idea, I can confidently persuade how I am down .

Hope Easter holiday bring me up a bit or completely fix me ! but don't rely on other stuff...
I am stalling the time for IELTS.

Ted Graham Hill

http://www.ted.com/talks/graham_hill_less_stuff_more_happiness.html

Why you should listen to him:

Graham Hill (@GHill) founded the eco-blog and vlog TreeHugger.com, to help, as he says, "push sustainability into the mainstream," with a design-forward style and an international, wide-ranging team committed to transforming complex issues into everyday concepts. It's been called "the Green CNN." The TreeHugger team was even asked to join the Discovery Communications network as a part of their Planet Green initiative, and Hill now makes appearances on the green-oriented cable channel.

Before Treehugger, Hill studied architecture and design (his side business is making those cool ceramic Greek cups). His other company, ExceptionLab, is devoted to creating sustainable prototypes -- think lamps made from recycled blinds and ultra-mod planters that are also air filters.
Hill is the author of Weekday Vegetarian, available as a TED Book on Amazon and Apple's iBooks.

だんしゃりして幸せになろう。

The convenience does not make us happier. I realized with that when I got my car. It brought my life more choices and freedom, but it does not made me always happier. Sometimes before owning the car was the best.

I totally agree with his idea, it is

less might equal more.  I take that words positively, like I am told that my life style, extreme saving is not miserable!

But we have to spend on something life long stuff, truly make me happy...

national park

Main Range National Park has impressive mountain peaks, escarpments and ridges which offer breathtaking views in the Gondwana Rainforests of Australia World Heritage Area.
We will hike the bare Rock track/Morgans walk. Details are
Bare Rock track/Morgans Walk ( Class 4)
Distance: 12.4 km return
Time: Allow about 4.5 hrs walking time
Details: Detouring west of the peak of Mount Cordeaux, the track to Bare Rock (1168 m) crosses a rocky saddle north of the peak and re-enters rainforest before ending with a brief scramble to a rocky outcrop. From here there are spectacular views over the northern section of the park. Two varieties of tree fern grow near the track and Albert's lyrebirds can be heard in the winter months.

The trip from Brisbane is 1.5 hrs. $15 per seat for carpooling.

4L of water

First Aid Kit
Lunch and snacks

Additional information is available on the derm website:

I joined climbing club and went to main range national park.  It was interesting opportunity to meet the people not from the work and local young generations.
It was quite tiring to introducing myself, but as it happens anywhere I made some chilled out ppl's group and it was all good after all.

Good News

3hours is nothing. It is something, I have to stop calculating time into money, dollars into yen...
man made river side facilities, but it is the only thing makes me relieved.
Bus traffic freaks me out and can not feel any ease ,
Today I took home by bike,,,I did it from the advice of my mum... explore the city and find out what you got.

I talked to my dear friend from high school. He is so genuine and I did not feel anything wrong with it cos I am like that too.  but now, he is still so straight forward to what he feels passionated about, I have so much doubts inside of myself so I felt ashamed. But he really believes in me, my spirits, thinks I am same types of the person. I totally understand his point, doing whatever you love even though it doesnot makes you rich.
but people judge people either from their reputation or money they make.

I am so impressed my his gut ,  so pure spirit to help others , the impressive thing is that he is such a elith university graduate and normally people feel superier than others but he is not like that at all.

What I can do, what I want to do

Negative

fear for the future
fear of the day
to be truthful to myself
obligation
not doing anything
what shall  I start?
even though I have a desire to myself, what I want to achieve, how I want to be, it is so scary to begin with. I am just a little scared deer.
think about today,
think about a week after,
think about a year after ,
think about before you die.

Today, I want to wash my laundry, set up the room, going to the library, wash my shooses, study, eat my cheesecake,
